Eligible employees can receive tuition reimbursement for courses and seminars they successfully complete at recognized schools (excluding Executive MBA Programs) that have been determined by their supervisor and the appropriate Human Resources representative to be either job-related, or related to a job within BASF to which the employee can reasonably aspire in the future.
BASF employees are eligible to take advantage of discounts from several major suppliers.
