Maintain and communicate  Continuous Improvement database to track, and prioritize progress and effectiveness<br/>3. Train and influence the culture on the use of Lean practices through employee involvement, utilization of Lean Implementation roadmap, and support Mindsets and Behaviors personnel development.<br/>4. Share expertise and experiences on successes and failures with others in unit/group and site.<br/>5. Lead the implementation and coordinate the sustainability of 5S and Visual Board use throughout the area.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent</b><br/><br/>High School Diploma or equivalent is required.  A Bachelor of Science degree in any field and 3 years of industry experience or  7+ years of experience in the specific technology or process. Prior experience in LEAN training (5S, Kaizen, SMED, MIFA, and other LEAN tools) and/or coordinating training programs for multiple disciplines or served as a subject matter expert who was involved in training is preferred.  Prior leadership experience serving as a Construction coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Turnaround Coordination, Special Projects, Project Manager, or Project Engineer also is preferred.
