The Attapulgus, GA site is a petroleum cracking catalyst manufacturing facility.

The Maintenance Group Leader is responsible for the Safe, Efficient and Effective management of all maintenance work requests

from operations and support groups. Insures internal customers receive timely and quality service so that production requirements

Maintains zero incident mind-set and ensures safety compliance of wage personnel and maintenance contractors

Responsible for working with Reliability Engineers in analyzing equipment failures and working with Maintenance

Responsible for managing monthly maintenance and cost center spending and implementing corrective actions to maintain

spending at budget. Assists in annual budget preparation.

Provides communication on status of maintenance activities to appropriate stakeholders via reports, and oral and written

communications where and when appropriate.

Maintains favorable relations with Bargaining Unit represented employees within the department.

Monitors MPI - KPrs to improve the maintenance process and other SAP reports. Also responsible for maintaining data in

SAP to document daily maintenance activities.

Assist the Maintenance Staff by delegating tasks, prioritizing work schedules and maintaining a knowledgeable staff of

mechanics

Work closely within the Process Safety requirements to support site efforts to comply with site commitments and facility

Job Responsibilities
- Work from written and verbal instructions to safely manufacture products.
- Operate equipment, monitor performance, and take appropriate corrective action to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Operate both DCS and manual equipment.
- Unload and receive bulk raw materials into SAP.
- Transfer materials within the plant and pack out intermediate/finished products to the appropriate packaging.
- Record operating data/plant status, catch samples, interpret results and respond with the appropriate adjustments to troubleshoot the process.
- Assures proper handling of waste materials to meet all local, state and federal regulations.
- Performs designated SAP transactions associated with managing raw materials, production and maintenance.
- Perform Emergency Response functions as an active member of the site’s ERT.
- Performs miscellaneous duties including routine maintenance, lock out of equipment, and issuance of safe work permits.
- Performs all other job duties as assigned.

Description
Responsible for Analyzer duties as assigned. Duties include the installation and/or repair of analyzer and instrumentation at the Freeport Site.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides the routine and scheduled maintenance and repair, as well as the preventive maintenance and calibration of Process Analyzers.

Description
This position is discipline-specific and has a long-term and strategic focus. It is responsible for supervising Reliability Technicians and driving reliability performance by using the most appropriate and effective tools and techniques. This position also provides technical support to Production and Maintenance personnel, leads or participates in Root Cause Failure Analyses and monitors KPI data for early identification and resolution of reliability issues. This position may also collaborate with Production and Maintenance personnel and provide services related to design review, repair and maintenance, including predictive/preventative maintenance activities. Additionally, this position provides technical support for troubleshooting of problems and optimization of PM and PdM programs. This position also ensures a culture of continuous improvement employing LEAN Manufacturing tools. This position will also provide supervision to the Reliability Technicians at the site.
- Apply appropriate reliability tools to drive improvements, optimize costs and improve asset effectiveness. Tools may include (but are not limited to) Bad Actor Program, FMEA, RBI, RBM, RCM, Reliability Roadmap, etc..
- Supervise Reliability Technicians, pursuing continuous improvement of site-wide vibration analysis program.
- Ensure development and sustenance of Critical Equipment list.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and metrics for proactive identification and resolution of reliability issues.
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA’s) and corrective actions for complex and/or repetitive problems.
- Lead the Bad Actor program and create action plans for improving reliability.
- Develop and maintain the vessel and piping inspection program, cathodic protection inspection program and relief device and flame arrestor programs.

BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering and minimum 5+ years of experience in petrochemical maintenance with a strong focus on reliability.

The LEAN - Engineering and Maintenance Role: This role will be responsible for driving continuous Improvement by implementing, initiating, organizing and identifying activities through the application of Lean tools.

What are the primary deliverables, accountabilities and the key activities for this role?

LDC- Engineering and Maintenance Role: Develop and implement a world class training program to provide a highly effective, high performing, motivated, and safe workforce focused on continuous improvement by:
- Collaborating with external resources (outside of their unit/dept) to analyze the needs, design, develop, implement, document, and measure the effectiveness of training.
- Coaching and developing unit/department employees to establish a high performance culture.
- Continuously improving their skills and knowledge to maintain alignment with current learning and development trends.
