Where the Chemistry Happens…

Warehouse Worker (1802443) – Buffalo, NY

The position of Warehouse worker will provide shipping, receiving, storage, order fulfillment and data entry services for finished goods, inventory control, material location transfers.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Pick and Pack Orders Safely, Accurately and Securely for shipment to our customers, following established guidelines and practices while always looking to improve the process.

Motivated to succeed as an individual and willing/able to work with team members to maintain our HIGH Customer Service level for accuracy and detail.

Safely operate powered industrial forklift to transport inventory

Satisfactorily complete all computer based and site-specific training requirements while operating within all ISO standards pertaining to the site including, but not limited to, Control of Documents and Quality Policy.

Respond to customer service and other external department inquiries regarding order requirements and/or fulfillment issues.

Must be able to maintain a SAFE work area for self and others while working in a fast-paced close environment

Must be able to maintain Inventory levels for accuracy thru regular Cycle

Must be willing and able to work flexible hours as business dictates, including overtime when required

Must be willing and able to ensure that housekeeping is maintained throughout the workday

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Basic qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Must 1-2 years of warehouse experience

Must valid driver’s license

Preferred qualifications:

3-5 preferred experience warehousing
