We are seeking a professional like you to serve as the Field Services Manager (Liquid Dispensing Systems) to function out of our Beachwood, OH facility.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Manage dispenser operations staff to ensure department objectives are achieved annually.
- Oversee and ensure dispenser spending (routine and CapEX) is within budget each year to ensure business objectives are met.
- Manage, maintain, and comply with the business’ delegated procurement authority for dispenser equipment to ensure flexibility in equipment procurement – ensure dispenser equipment procurement meets BASF corporate procurement guidelines.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, conduct regular review meetings, and ensure quality of work with strategic vendors.
- Ensure strategic vendors meet expected shipping requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement dispenser components to improve dispenser equipment reliability and/or reduce cost.
- Conduct dispenser training schools as necessary for new dispenser service technicians.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop IT and non-IT based tools, policies, and procedures to simplify ordering and tracking of dispensers.
- Develop and implement strategies for: Outsourcing, MasterTrac, Color CAMS, and dispenser service cost reduction.
- Be responsible for defining and developing tools, systems and hardware needed to provide efficient dispenser service.
- Work with BASF National Fleet Manager to address fleet-related inquiries and requests for BL’s Field Sales and Service Staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience with familiarity in field service, technical support, or service management.
