Where the Chemistry Happens…

We are seeking a Business Development Manager, Performance Flooring for Food & Beverage, to work with architects and engineers developing project technical specifications that use the Master Builder Solutions brands of resinous flooring solutions.

Business Development Manager, Performance Flooring for Food & Beverages (1700576)

You will build and grow owner and national accounts in the Food & Beverage vertical incorporating Master Builder Solutions products into their projects. You will work national, regional and local trade shows.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Become actively involved with professional Industry organizations, and provide technical training to A/E’s, owners, contractors and distributors.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to develop niche products and new markets for Master Builder Solutions in the Commercial and Industrial Flooring Sector.
- Assist in major project development by answering detail and technical questions before and during a project.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Bachelor of Arts/Science degree required.
- Min 5 years in the construction industry.
- Min 3 years in the flooring surfaces industry.
- Proven track record in Sales/Business Development with experience in the Food & Beverage vertical.
- Experience in consultative selling.
- Good working knowledge of Windows, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in using online / electronic databases to generate leads is an asset.
- Credentials to travel internationally
- Reside within one hour of a major metropolitan airport
