The Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (CCS) has both a customer centric and operational efficiency focus.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Manage the order to cash process and not solely on order entry.
- Assist in managing customers’ inventory to ensure that they never run out of product.
- Act as a business partner in one or more of the following areas: e-commerce, Exports, Sales, Operations, Marketing, International, Manufacturing, Consignment, A/R reconciliation, or specific market segmentation.
- Collaborative partner by adding value through anticipating needs and proactively offering solutions. Ensure deliveries are on-time and efficient
- Other duties as required

Qualifications

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Bachelor degree with 2 years of related experience or a minimum of 4 years of customer care experience is required without a degree
- Excellent communicator - verbal and written in both French & English is required
- Strong knowledge of SAP is required
- Ability to set priorities with a sense of urgency and make decisions in a dynamic work environment
- Clear understanding of Supply Chain processes specifically in transportation & logistics and the Canadian geography
- Works well independently as well as in a team
