Where the Chemistry Happens…

The candidate primary responsibility is to develop new business for the performance flooring product offering through an existing and potential customer base and lead the development of customer relationships at all levels. Perform all necessary sales and marketing activities for targeted segments involving core product growth in such a manner as to facilitate project-oriented sales.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Grow performance flooring segment product sales through “solution packages”
- Develop and maintain a high value business relationship with building owners, facility managers, contractors, distributors and design firms
- Focus on growth in key performance flooring market segments – Food & Beverage, Science & Technology, Heavy Industrial & Waste
- Vision – know every job / square footage / market potential / market share

Key Deliverables:
- Sales Operating Plan development and execution
- Quoting opportunities for contractor partners within territory
- Project Tracking – Leads shared -- Projects Closed

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- A minimum of two years of experience of outside sales in a business-to-business environment preferably selling specialty construction materials. Involvement within a high activity industry with sustained cold calling and prospecting.
- Bachelor in business, architecture, engineering or a related field
- Demonstrates a robust understanding of how construction products are sold into the targeted segment through the various channels of sale. Channel of sales include but are focused on Building Owners, Facility Managers, Contractors, Architects, Specifiers and Distributors.
