Where the Chemistry Happens…

We are seeking a Corporate Medical Controller to function out of our Florham Park, NJ facility.

Corporate Medical Controller (1800012) – Florham Park, NJ

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Function as the Medical Department controller maintaining the Medical Department budget, reviewing all medical cost centers, implementing outward cost allocations, preparing quarterly reports of North American spend for Delegated Procurement, and correcting charges to incorrect cost centers.
- Submit invoices with General Ledger (G/L) and cost centers to Accounts Payable (AP).
- Analyze cost center reports with the nursing staff, send remittance advice to vendors, reconcile aging reports for vendors, monitor cost discrepancies and incorrect allocations for 25 cost centers.
- Prepare and submit journal entries and back-charges to the Finance department, forecast and project potential expenditures that incur throughout the year, keep cost center leaders apprised of budget issues, identify cost savings, and prepare annual budget forecast and plans.
- Manage and coordinate cholinesterase testing for various sites, and manage corporate drug testing cost allocations.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience managing expenditures in a corporate medical department required.
- Experience with protocol for cholinesterase medical surveillance testing.
- Previous background working with medical electronic health records and databases.
- Experience with SAP, Open Text Teleforms, MS Word, and MS Access.
- Working knowledge of corporate financial and accounts payable systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
