Manager, Flight Department, Morristown Municipal Airport - Morristown, NJ (1801222) –

Where the Chemistry Happens

We are seeking a professional like you to serve as a Flight Department Manager to manage all BASF corporate flight operations. You will possess an Air Transport rating, along with a Falcon 2000EX EASy-type rating, along with familiarity with FAR Part 91 Flight Operations. In addition, you will have over 7,000 hours of total flight time with no recorded incidents, and prior experience as a Senior Captain, Chief Pilot, or Flight Department Manager.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Formula for Success
- Leveraging your educational background and extensive senior-level professional experience in aviation, particularly with corporate flight, you will effectively manage the scheduling, operation, and maintenance of BASF's corporate jet while also serving as a pilot.
- As a role model, you will display a strong commitment to the safe, secure, efficient, comfortable, and convenient travel for senior BASF executives, staff, and guests.
- Successfully interact with staff to ensure safety, training, maintenance, and Standard Operating Procedures are complied with throughout all phases of operation.
- Our staffing level allows for duty time limitations, scheduled days off, and vacation time, while offering our valued clients 24/7/365 service.
