We are seeking a professional like you to develop and implement the process strategy for related enterprise-wide business processes in close alignment with involved ODs and functions and the end to end process owner. You will contribute to the development of process strategies and design in the respective E2E-process area together with the process owner.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Formula for Success
- Leveraging your educational background in Supply Chain, IT, Business, or a related field, as well as your professional experience in Process Improvement, Process Management, Project Management, in supply chain or business management, you will be responsible for the design of enterprise wide business processes (IS enabled and organizational) and their implementation according to BASF conventions.
- Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will interpret and implement stakeholder requirements (e.g. at the level of global/region, business unit or complex production) in the process design, according to the corresponding E2E process strategy. In addition, you will facilitate global/regional communities to ensure efficient process changes.
- Successfully engaging across the organization, you will dialogue with various stakeholder communities to balance the end to end process strategy with the requirements from the communities to harmonize/improve processes to the extent possible.
- As a subject matter expert, you will ensure the efficient and effective operation of the given processes through the analysis of KPIs / PPIs, identifying improvement areas and performing corresponding global improvement initiatives. In addition, you will be responsible for the maintenance of E2E-process documentation within the documentation applications and guidelines provided by business process management
- Your strong attention to detail will be a valued asset as you review incoming data from project management teams for completeness of both technical and commercial bid evaluations and in negotiating contracts.
- As a trusted advisor, you will support the exchange / promotion of best practice solutions and process improvements, Sustainable maintenance of process knowledge and process integrity
- It is anticipated there could be up to 15% international travel with this role.
