Formula for Success: You Will…

Program Summary
- 24-month cross-functional rotation program. Participants complete three 8-month rotations in areas such as: Manufacturing/Operations, Corporate Engineering, Ecology and Safety, Maintenance, and Research and Development (R&D). The program has a technical focus.
- Assignments can be in a variety of locations throughout the U.S.
- May lead to opportunities in a variety of disciplines within the organization.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, or in process of receiving degree between December 2017 to August 2018.
- Demonstrated academic achievement (Minimum GPA 3.2).
- Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding work ethic.
- Agility/Leadership Potential.
- Active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Previous internship/co-op experience.
