Program Summary

We are seeking highly motivated, mobile-minded, upcoming university graduates ready to take their careers to the next level. Our rotational programs combine hands-on experience with unparalleled networking opportunities designed to accelerate your career development at BASF.

- 24-month cross-functional program with rotations in various areas including: Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Solutions. One assignment will be outside of HR, and will sit within a business. Participants will have four 6-month assignments in the above areas.
- Assignments will be located primarily in New Jersey, with at least one rotation sitting at one of our major manufacturing sites in the U.S.
- May lead to a variety of opportunities within the HR function.
- Employment start date for participants will be July or September 2018

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- B.S., B.A. Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations or Psychology; MHRM or similar HR-Business Related degree
- Demonstrated academic achievement (Minimum GPA 3.2).
- Must be a student receiving Bachelors or Master’s degree between May – August 2018.
- Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding work ethic.
- Agility/Leadership potential.
- Active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Previous internship/co-op experience.
