Formula for Success: You Will…

Program Summary
- 24-month program (two 12-month rotations) in Inside and Outside Sales with components of Supply Chain, Product Management, Customer Care, and Procurement.
- Assignments can be located in a variety of locations throughout the U.S.
- May lead to opportunities in Account Management, Technical Sales, Distribution Account Management, and Inside Sales.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Bachelor’s degree students majoring in Sales/Marketing, Management, or a Technical discipline.
- Demonstrated academic achievement (Minimum GPA 3.2).
- College Seniors (December 2017 - August 2018 grads).
- Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding work ethic.
- Agility/Leadership potential.
- Active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Previous internship/co-op experience.
