- Leveraging your ability to lead initiatives in a large, complex work environment, you will diagnose, develop, and deliver learning and organizational development solutions that accelerate critical capabilities and skills at the individual, team, and organizational level to support business strategy while driving performance.
- Leading a team of sales professionals, you will develop and execute short- and long-term plans for new business opportunities and target accounts. You also will guide the team by providing experienced-based strategic development and coaching to maximize sales channel effectiveness and continuous pursuit of sales excellence within a high-performance, cross-functional team environment.
- Applying your educational background and professional experience in a territory and/or regional sales or business management role, you will formulate and implement regional short- and long-term plans for new business opportunities and target accounts in alignment with Business Management, controls, policies, and programs under the direction of senior management to achieve approved sales and profitability targets.
- Your valuable selling, negotiation, and analytical skills will be essential as you cultivate high-level relationships with key existing and potential customers.
- Your demonstrated sales/account management capabilities will be critical to our success as you will identify, promote, capture, and close new opportunities at developmental accounts through strong new business development and pipeline management.
- Your strong business acumen is vital as you will direct the strategic development of regional account strategies and ensure account plans are fully executed with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Your solid relationship-building skills will be crucial as you will serve as the key contact for problem escalation and resolution with customers.
- We will rely upon your proven business analysis experience as you direct the development and maintenance of long-range operational forecasts regarding volumes, market share, financial requirements, and human resource needs, and monitor the projected effects of these forecasts on the business sector’s investments and earnings.
- As a role model, you will utilize your excellent professional selling, coaching. and negotiation capabilities to strengthen customer relationships and penetrate customer organizations to build advocacy with the right partners.
