We are seeking a professional like you to represent Supply Chain in acquisition and divestment activities, including submissions to the appropriate Commissions within BASF and post-signing activities.

Formula for Success
- Leveraging your educational background and your professional experience in Supply Chain, you will represent Supply Chain in the Commission F process, support and evaluate investment concept designs for the Commission S process, and steer post-signing supply chain activities.
- Using your deep understanding of end-to-end Supply chain processes, you will contribute to Expertise I&II documentation as part of the Commission F process, represent supply chain functional expertise in due diligences, and contribute to the design and development of operational models, including transitionary services in a challenging, fast-changing environment.
- As a trusted advisor, you will assess the functional supply chain components of business models and support the conceptual design of distribution and custom and foreign trade models in the Commission S investment process.
- As a subject matter expert, you will provide expertise in the Supply Chain integration/divestiture plan and lead the supply chain work package for Internal Business Partners if required. Key areas include organizational design, master data, cutover plans, transfer of assets & contracts, process model development and communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Your ability to extract and analyze large volumes of data and convert them to meaningful information will be invaluable in representing Supply Chain in Acquisition, Merger and Divestment activities.
- Successfully engaging across the business, you will use your excellent interpersonal communications skills to interact with Internal Business Partners involved in projects such as SC Strategy, SC Shared Service Operations, Corporate M&A, BASF Management consulting, Strategy, IT Delivery, Procurement and Finance.
