Senior Sales Representative (1800683) – Grand Rapids, MI

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Collaborate with concrete producing customers, architects, engineers, and contractors to grow market share in the Michigan market.
- Execute the business strategy and drive sales growth in local markets through identifying customer and market needs within assigned market responsibility.
- Develop market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, recommending new products and services, and closing sales.
- Manage existing relationships while developing new relationships.
- Develop and expand the customer relationship by understanding their individual requirements/expectations and meeting their needs.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- High School diploma/equivalent combined with at least 2 years of sales experience required.
- Concrete industry experience in a sales and/or technical service capacity preferred.
- Customer relationship management experience.
- Negotiation experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Customer Relationship Management programs, and web browsers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflict successfully.
- Ability to travel over 50% of the time.
