Where the Chemistry Happens…

The Process Development Chemist/Engineer is responsible to develop a viable manufacturing process for catalysts formulated by Design R&D that meet customer specifications, can be mass produced in existing global production sites, and fulfill stringent customer specifications and quality standards. This includes carrying out technology transfers of prototype production and scaling up at the selected sites. In contrast, existing unit operations are adapted or new ones developed to ensure the commercialization of new products. The task also concerns the participation in the global, cross-team projects within the research community, as well as with sales, application technology, production, and quality.
