Performance Manager (1801826) – Iselin, NJ

Where the Chemistry Happens

As a member of the Catalysts Operating Division Global Technology and Investments Team (CCT), you drive the analysis, reporting, and controlling initiatives of the Technology and Investments team. Your focus will be to ensure CC has the insights to Responsible Care and Operational performance that impact and inform improvement initiatives on a global level. In addition, you will drive improvements in reporting and analysis processes through the application of the latest software tools and techniques.

You also will support the CCT controlling function on a global level with the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to improve the data analytics where Controlling and Operations Reporting intersect.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

- As a role model, you will collaborate with Operations and other global functions with a high degree of flexibility, an ability to learn, and to quickly adapt to new approaches.
- Leveraging your analytical skills, you will holistically review and analyze data and information to present insights to technical and business leaders.
- Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will leverage BASF Controlling applications to support CC and the CCT Team for controlling and data analytics while driving improvements in reporting efficiency, analysis, and insights of Continuous Improvement, Operations, and Responsible Care KPIs.
- Your business savviness will be a valued asset as you will apply your knowledge and impactful application of project management, statistical methods, and software tools and their industrial utilization.
- Successfully engaging across the business, you will develop and cultivate sustainable internal relationships.
