Sales Representative - Pest Control Solutions (N FL and S GA) (1702520) – Remote Position

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives in the Pest Control market while developing customer business relationships that create long term value for BASF and our customers.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Implement and execute field tactical activities that maintain and grow our product portfolio.
- Function as the face of BASF to our customers, as well as many other market influencers and industry partners
- Develop a professional and personal skill set that will impact business strategy and growth

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You…
- BA/BS Degree
- 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent (ie: marketing or technical) in the professional pest control industry
- Demonstrated sales abilities with consecutive years of high level performance
- Willing and able to reside within the assigned territory
- Willing and able to travel 50% of the time
- Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial skills with proven results

We Also Look For…
- 7+ years of sales experience or equivalent (e.g., marketing or technical) in the professional pest control industry
- Experience with Florida/Georgia pest control market
- Formal sales training courses
