We are seeking an Account Representative II, Automotive Refinishing, to support the Pittsburgh, PA markets who will work with automotive refinish paint customers to grow our market share. Account Representative II (1700316)

You will execute the business strategy and drive sales growth in the local markets through identifying customer and market needs within assigned market responsibility. You must be driven to increase sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services. You will need to possess strong interpersonal skills which are key in developing and expanding the customer relationship by understanding their individual requirements/expectations and meeting their needs. This will be supported and driven by managing existing relationships along with developing new relationships.

This position requires a minimum of 25% travel.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- High School diploma required
- Seven years of sales experience required
- Automotive Refinish Paint or Collision industry experience preferred
- Customer relationship management
- Negotiation experience preferred, but not required
- Ability and willingness to travel a minimum of 25%
- Located in Pittsburgh, Harrisburg or close proximity
