We are currently seeking a Biologicals Project Manager for our Agriculture Products business in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

Biologicals Project Manager – 1801475

As a member of the North American Agricultural Products Market Management team, you will lead the efforts to grow the biologicals business for the BASF Agricultural Products group.

This position will report to the regional marketing manager for specialty crops and insecticides.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Collaborating with global, regional and local stakeholders to analyze relevant markets and use this analysis to create strategies for developing biological product solutions to meet customer needs.
- Leading biological life cycle management (LCM) projects for US/Canada by coordinating the efforts of Biology, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing and other relevant functions for a successful new product launch or use extension.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- BS + 8 yrs./Master +5 yrs.
- Minimum 5 years marketing, sales, business development and/or technical support experience in the biological agri-business industry
- Proven experience with business case development, project management, and product launch.
- Business acumen and ability to strategically analyze relevant reaching factors and summarize into concise, creative plans to reach goals.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively lead teams.
- Proficient in public speaking and group presentations.
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight up to 15% - 20%.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive, collaboration and communication skills.

We Also Look For…
- Experience working in an environment with complex products and linkage to other products in a portfolio
- Previous experience in strategy building
- Previous experience in budget management
