Customer service at BASF revolves around the customer experience and driving profitable growth. The foundation for this is a strong team that brings specific application, industry and market knowledge in order to understand the diverse markets where we build trusting and satisfying customer relationships.

We are currently searching for a motivated Content and Insights Manager for our Crop Protection business (AP) in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

Content and Insights Manager (1702782)

As a Content and Insights Manager, you will work closely with sales managers and other customer strategy team members. You will be responsible for improving and ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class customer experience (CX) by creating, developing and delivering high quality, accurate, and engaging content.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Collaborate with all functional teams across US Crop, including Customer Strategy, Communications, Marketing, Technical Service and Sales, as well as regional Customer Experience Management (CXM) team to ensure consistent messaging across all groups and platforms
- Work closely with the sales team to determine specific content based on customer needs; Content is expected to include product guides, flashcards, training modules for use with customers, production guides, etc.
- Ensure content is available via a variety of channels and media such as self-paced e-learning, video, print, etc.
- Manage content management spending
- Provide regular updates to all stakeholders on ROI and effectiveness of all tools and campaigns

The Content and Insights Manager will report directly to the Manager, Customer Strategy, and will have additional functional reporting relationships to the US Crop District Sales Managers.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You…
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, training and/or sales
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video and print production
- Proven project manager and multi-tasker, able to meet aggressive deadlines and build stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated experience in brand messaging and training development
- Knowledge of effective training methods, digital training tools, and branding
