We are currently searching for a motivated Customer Enablement Manager for our Crop Protection business (AP) in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

Customer Enablement Manager (1702786)

As a Customer Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class customer experience (CX) by leading project management efforts for systems of engagement and solutions to support the US Crop customer journey.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Improve the customer experience by implementing strategies and tools that leverage a customer data-driven mindset
- Manage Customer Enablement spending and provide regular updates to all stakeholders on ROI and effectiveness of all tools and campaigns
- Collaborate with all functional teams across US Crop, including Customer Strategy, Communications, Marketing and Sales, to ensure successful implementation and enablement of the Customer Journey
- Track and measure success goals and business metrics to monitor adoption and intended impact of CX initiatives
- Drive a culture change that will be foundational to the future success of US Crop

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You…
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or sales
- Proven project manager and multi-tasker, able to meet aggressive deadlines and build stakeholder relationships
- Experience integrating customer experience processes/touchpoints with technology
- Experience in development and/or implementation of CRM; CXM; AgIT tools
