BASF's Professional and Specialty Solutions Division is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Project Manager to join our Research Triangle Park, North Carolina location.

Customer Experience Project Manager (1800695) – Research Triangle Park, NC

As a Customer Experience Project Manager, you will be the primary contact between the P&SS (Professional & Specialty Solutions) team and the Regional Customer Experience Project Management group. You will work closely with the regional project team to understand the deadlines and work with your team and other teams to gather the information to meet the assigned deadlines.

In addition, to working with the regional project team this individual will setup P&SS specific projects and ensure alignment between all groups within P&SS and collect the budget and spending from each to track the full project cost.

The projects this person will be responsible will be anything from a technical project, rebate program, loyalty programs as some examples. As part of the project management they will need to be able to identify the groups and customers segments that will be impacted by the change to work closely with the Manager, Customer Experience to develop and implement change management processes and needs for all projects.

Formula for Success: You Will…

Responsible overall to deliver CXM in P&SS by focusing on content and input towards the strategy and tactics.
- Define Deliverables, Create the BU-specific plan that ties into the P&SS CX and regional program plan
- Maintain primary communication with regional team and various groups within P&SS to track project activities and deliverable progress/completion
- Become the project management champion within P&SS by ensuring PM best practices and standards are executed.
- Own risk and change request management tracking within P&SS (scope, budge, resource creep)
- Perform as liaison between P&SS and the CX Program as a member of the Program Project Management Office (PMO)
- Provide weekly status updates to the regional PMO lead reflecting weekly project activity
- Single point of Contact for P&SS for all lines of business (T&O, Pro VM and PCS) and over-arching activities
- Support the Manager of CX Team with regard to all business related issues
- Gain Commitment from P&SS group resources
- Coordinate and monitor the authority approval process
- Oversees project plan details, timeline and drives accountability to task
- Organizes workshops and meetings schedules
- Manages internal project communication
- Structures share point, coordinates with communications, across P&SS groups
- Coordinates access and on-site support for third party partners.
- Key liaison into project documentation & performance reporting

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You....
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 10 years of experience in Commercial Operations and or related discipline with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Project Management and or proven experience.
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading a large project and/or team
- Customer Oriented and excellent communicator
- Ability to influence people and drive change
- Organizational awareness
- PM with solid foundation/experience on project management processes & tools and/or the proven ability to learn new processes and systems and an accelerated pace.

We Also Look For…
- Master's degree desirable.
- PMP Certification and or SixSigma certification is plus
- Experience working with customers, managing customer projects and relationships or activities related to customer impact.
- Experience with agile methodology
