BASF's Agricultural Solutions business (AP) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to join our Research Triangle Park, North Carolina location.

Customer Experience (CX) Specialist (1801815) – Research Triangle Park, NC

As the regional Customer Experience Specialist on the Customer Experience & Digital Strategy Team, you will be in a newly created position that supports the strategic direction of analytics and reporting, tools and processes. You will be tasked with gathering high quality business and customer information and producing actionable insights across the region and within the US Crop, Professional & Specialty Solutions and Canadian businesses.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Deliver high quality data and drive insights to improve customer experience, marketing & sales effectiveness.
- Implement consistent performance metrics, including implementation of Net Promoter, a closed loop feedback system and comprehensive Voice of Customer program.
- Proactively collaborate across business units to deeply understand user needs, consult to identify unmet business needs and deliver practical, speed of market solutions.
- Provide operational support for a team focused on delivering world class predictive and prescriptive analytics and insights to business units and stakeholders, including marketing, sales, customer teams, and leadership.
- Deliver effective communication, training and storytelling that puts the business into the shoes of the customer, to use data to drive customer focused decisions.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You…
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience leading change
- 3+ years of conducting market research
- 3+ years of experience with communications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 3+ Years of working in Customer Experience

We Also Look For…
- 5+ years of marketing, sales, business development and/or technical support experience
- Willing and able to travel approximately 10% of the time, primarily domestic
- Experience with closed loop feedback systems
- Experience in business intelligence processes and systems
