We are seeking a professional like you to serve as a key member of the North America Crop Protection Leadership team. We are relying on you to act as a proactive business partner for the Senior Vice President of Crop Protection and his staff. In this role, you will supervise a staff of managers for Controlling and Data Management, plus indirect staff and contractors within each of these groups. You will have a dotted line relationship to the Global Vice President of Planning, Controlling, and IT of Crop Protection, as well as the Vice President of Controlling for BASF North America.
