We are currently searching for a motivated Regional Data Strategy Manager for our Crop Protection business in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

Regional Data Strategy Manager (1700934)

As a Regional Data Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with the local business teams, global BASF Crop Protection, BASF Global Information Services and third party provider(s) to develop a long-term data strategy for the North American region that aligns with digital strategy efforts.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Centralize core data management activities (customer, product and point of sale transactions), eliminating redundancies and data silos across the region
- Define data management, governance and process improvements that will lead to efficiencies in how data is managed, ensuring BASF is leading efforts in data quality / management versus our peers
- Consolidate and manage the data management budget and communication between project teams and key stakeholders
- Coordinate all data management activities with third parties
- Lead efforts to retire existing data sources as we migrate to the new platform
- Manage the data management team(s)

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You…
- BS/BA, or Higher Level, Degree in Business Analysis, or Other Data Analytics Field
- 10+ years of experience leading multiple data related projects
- Experience driving change across an organization and adopting new technologies
- Experience managing people
