We are seeking a Regulatory Product Steward to join our Research Triangle Park (RTP) in North Carolina. BASF is focused on global challenges of today and the future. Regulatory Product Steward I (1603757)

As the Regulatory Product Steward, you will provide regulatory expertise and strategic guidance related to the development of new active ingredients and maintenance of current BASF agricultural product registrations for North America.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Evaluate environmental risks and issues
- Determine if new active ingredients and uses can be successfully registered
- Develop compound strategies
- Monitor and provide guidance on regulatory requirements and issues impacting products
- Work closely with federal and state registration managers and technical groups

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You…
- PhD with 8+ years of agricultural chemical industry experience –OR- MS with 10+ years of agricultural chemical industry experience –OR- BS with 12+ years of agricultural chemical industry experience.
- Good understanding of agricultural chemical development and regulatory processes.
- Has excellent working knowledge of various environmental modeling approaches for spray drift, and/or water exposure, and/or buffer distances
- Working knowledge of drift reduction technologies and/or conducting of spray drift studies, and/or wind tunnel evaluations

Preferred…
- Experience working with the EPA to resolve registration issues
