We are seeking a Business Development Manager, Cars Through the Door, in the Northern California market.

We have big goals for our Automotive Refinish group and we’re working hard to become the top provider of automotive refinish coatings.

Business Development Manager I – Cars Through the Door (Automotive Refinish) (1703665) – San Francisco, CA

You will work with strategic collision center customers to develop their business growth and profitability. You will work across the BASF organization to support the development of new value-added tools/services, new business proposals, and strategic business plans to increase revenues and profits focused on strategic account growth and retention.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor Degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of automotive collision or automotive refinish paint industry experience.
- At least 7 years of business experience.
- Project management experience.
- Background in positioning Business Solutions for commercial success.
- Facility planning awareness preferred.
- Ability to travel 75% or more within assigned geographic territory.
