We are seeking a professional like you to serve as the Manager, Product Management for Resins and Performance & Formulations Additives, who will be responsible for development and management of the assigned product portfolio, and a team of Product Managers to meet the financial and strategic objectives of the business. This position establishes common business processes utilized by various Product Managers

Formula for Success
- Leading a team of Product Managers, you will use your proven leadership and influencing skills to guide the team to define the regional product portfolio to serve all industry segments.
- Leveraging your advanced educational background and professional experience in a product management or related role, you will be relied on to maximize the regional profitability of the assigned product portfolio, return on assets, and determine business cases for new assets.
- Your strong business acumen and proven project management capabilities will be a valued asset as you validate demand planning forecasts and asset balancing for assigning products in the alignment with the S&OP process.
- As a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-range growth plans, you will be accountable for the life cycle management of the commercial portfolio while playing a key role in new product launches.
- Through use of your solid organizational and time management skills, you will direct the Management of Chain process for product introduction and changes.
