We are seeking Regional Account Manager to join our team.

Formula for Success: You Will....
- Collaborate with and support global key accounts and Global Key Account Managers.
- Implement global account strategy in the Americas for GKAM.
- Develop and implement tactical business development strategy, budget planning and control.
- Monitor market conditions, competitive activities, general economic conditions and governmental, legislative and regulatory matters.
- Identify new business opportunities and the enhancement of existing customer relationships, market share and profitability.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to support Huntsville manufacturing plant.
- Provide project management and overseer of new product launch process.
- Provide sales forecasting / analysis, pricing / other business terms and key account management.
- Manage multiple accounts at one time if needed.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Bachelor’s degree required, we would also consider candidates with an excellent track record of sales experience with OEMs, candidates with relevant experience in the Catalysts environment and candidates with degree in progress.
- 8+ years of sales/marketing, business management or manufacturing experience with diverse customer relationships.
- Thorough understanding of sales development and OEM specifications required.
- Proven ability to identity business opportunities and develop appropriate strategies and relationships that deliver sales results within a diverse and challenging business climate required.
- Must also possess superior communication, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with key decision makers at all levels including both customers and internal management.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking ability and demonstrated ability to implement business plans. Must be able to develop account strategy and execute on annual business plan.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time; primarily domestically but with some international travel.

- Automotive experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Mobile Emissions product portfolio and market base would be considered a strong asset
- Experience in dealing with supply chain and operations to facilitate new product launch and scale-up is preferred.
