Where the Chemistry Happens…

We are seeking a Quality Data Clerk, to join our team. Responsible for releasing raw materials and finished products according to laboratory test data by quality programs, cross-contamination, prevention of microbiological contamination, occupational health, safety (including process safety) and protection of the environment according to established standards and procedures established by BASF.

Quality Data Clerk (1704995)-Sparks, GA

Responsible for the generation and distribution of the certificates of analysis of our products as well as obtaining the certificates of analysis of the raw material received in the plant. Help in various general tasks of the quality department including administrative functions.

- Data Entry into SAP
- Raw Material and Finished product releases
- Certificate of Analysis creation and Management
- Management of controlled documents
- Batch record filing and long-term storage
- Event coordination for meetings including catering orders and expense reporting
- Department communications
- Supplies Procurement
- Support Exposure Reduction Program (safety)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Qualifications Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years corporate work experience
- High functioning computer skills using Excel and Word
- Organizational skills (support filing and document management)
- Ability to multi-task

Qualifications Preferred:
- Computer skills using PowerPoint, MS OneNote, MS Access, or similar
- 2-Year or 4-Year degree with 2+ years corporate work experience
- Experience in Quality Assurance
- Experience in federally regulated work environment
- Experience using SAP
