Where the Chemistry Happens…

As an ERP/EHS Coordinator, you will hold the primary responsibility for the ERP (Exposure Reduction Program) execution at the White Stone site, in addition to various other EHS activities across the site. Common examples of daily job tasks are the following: conducting safety observations of site employees performing job tasks and then discussing potential safety risks, coaching others performing safety observations, performing data analysis of the safety observation output and helping the site to use the data to determine action items needed to improve site safety, coordinating the completion of actions to remove safety barriers at the site, coordinating EHS related activities/awareness events across the site, other EHS related activities as necessary.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Basic qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent
- 2 years minimum working in a Chemical Manufacturing plant, highly hazardous experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher from a recognized technical/community college
- Experience in a leadership role (Team Lead, Operations Coordinator, etc…) at a Chemical Manufacturing plant
