On Thursday, September 21st from 8 am - 5 pm we will host an onsite interview day! Managers will be onsite interviewing for several open roles including Warehouse Specialist. We are looking for individuals that can work multiple shifts including 2nd and 3rd; this includes weekend hours as well.

Candidates that are qualified will be called and scheduled for a time that works best for them!

This position is responsible for ensuring that BASF customers receive complete customer care through superior correspondence and timely product delivery and provide friendly and professional service to all customers (internal & external).

Principal Responsibilities -
- Provide friendly & professional service to all customers (internal & external).
- Maintain a clean and well organized warehouse including specific work areas.
- Process customer request accurately and in a timely manner.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (tow motor lift trucks and hand trucks).
- Process orders in operating system to generate shipping documents.
- Receive all incoming materials for the facility.
- Organize and maintain tracking system for all materials with part numbers.
- Verify part numbers and quantities when received.
- Stage components for production runs.
- Maintain cycle counts as outlined.
- Other duties as needed.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Basic Qualiications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years experience working in a warehouse environment

Perferred Qualifications:
- Ability to participate in a team environment
- Must be organized and have good communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Understanding of computer & distribution software
- Pass test for use of motorized equipment
- Certified/Licensed fork truck operator preferred
- Must comply with all BASF Corporate environmental, health and safety standards.
- Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing to work overtime as required
- Must be punctual with good attendance
