Where the Chemistry Happens…

As a member of the Sales Team within AP Canada the Sales Campaign Manager position will work to combine strategic thinking, business analysis, execution plans and organizational development skills to assist the Sales Team in becoming the Best In Class industry contact for customers. The Sales Campaign Manager is responsible for working with the Sales Team Leaders and their Teams to develop actionable strategies and solutions aligned with BASF Sales & Customer Strategies while “Building The Best Team”.

- Build and implement Customer Focused Sales Priorities including Objectives, Calendar, Milestones, Dashboard, and Analytics
- Manage improvements in Sales Effectiveness and Sales Process Mapping
- Management of Sales Training Objectives, Implementation, Analytics
- Build and implement Customer Satisfaction improvements with Objectives, Activities and Analytics
- Management of AgConnect Customer Dashboard, Analytics and Tool Development (with Kenna)
- Sales Professional Development Program (PDP) Management
- Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Implementation and Analytics

Qualifications

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Commerce
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in Sales
- Ability to travel within region with occasional travel within Canada and U.S.
- Ability to self-manage time and resources and to allocate time and energy appropriately, resulting in achievement of goals
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead and coach a group of motivated and passionate sales staff
