Formula for Success
- Leveraging your professional experience in a supervisory/leadership role in a discrete manufacturing capacity, you will execute, coordinate, and manage daily shift activities related to the manufacturing operations of the Cellasto production facility, including direct supervision of the reactor/control room, mold line, ovens, deflashing, and cutting for the assigned shift.
- Leading a team of cross-functional employees, you will motivate, engage, and hold accountable the shift operators to ensure the plant is operated safely, and within environmental and quality guidelines.
- Successfully engaging across the organization, you will play a key role in driving standardization across shifts, optimized fixed and variable unit costs, and work closely with support groups to increase reliability.
- Your strong troubleshooting skills will be a valued asset and you will correct equipment problems and perform general maintenance per shift to ensure reliability of equipment and work notification creation.
- Your commitment to workplace safety will be critical as you will be responsible for proper compliance around safety procedures such as Safe Work, Hot Work, LT&T, management of change, and incident reporting/investigation.
- Your ability to pitch in during moments of peak activity will be helpful as you will fill-in as an operator during short periods of time (e.g., reactors, mold line, deburring, cutting).
